SFDCneophyte I'm trying to run a report (that contains a formula) that would display the MRC for each month based on the start date of the MRC and on the term of the contract.
Opportunity.RecurringMonthlyFee__c:SUM *Opportunity.Contract_Term__c:SUM
How are you expecting the results to be displayed? I know you are sending me the report but I am trying to visualize the output.
So the fee and the contract terms are fields on the Opportunity. And lets say you have a report with 10 Opportunities on it. You want to calculate the total cost of the 10 Opportunities, for the current month or for when? I am assuming we have to take into consideration if the Contract Start Date is 1/15/2013 vs. 1/25/2013 as the first would incur a cost of 16/31the monthly cost and the later would incur 6/31the monthly cost in January, correct?
