I recently set up two report subscriptions in FSC.

The report is being sent from my email address to around 25 internal users.

For the last two weeks we've had a handful of error messages for various users.

It's not the same users every week, though.

The error seems to be a mismatch between our domain's DMARC policy, and how Salesforce sends emails on our behalf.

DKIM keys have been enabled and they are active.

The specific error is "dkim=fail (no key for signature) header.d=

xxxx.com.au

(xxxx is my domain)

Is there a best practice to setting up the report sender in Salesforce? Should I be sending it from an org-wide email address, for example?

Hello,

Is it possible to embed a hyperlink into the text and present the user a clickable link to send to the recipient?

I've tried many ways, but nothing seem to produce a clickable link in the prompt result.

You can’t activate this flow until you resolve 3 errors.

Reservation 1

  • Because the sObjectOutputReference field is set, you also need to set the following fields: object.

Unified Link 1

    Hi ,

I have successfully completed these steps.

I'm uncertain what resolved the issue.

Here, in order, are the steps I took:

    1. Returned to the beginning of the work in this playground
    2. Reviewed and re-saved steps (none were missing or incomplete)
    3. Gave up and went to bed - possible back end processes finished while I was away
    4. Returned to work in a different tab

    It's possible

the browser was taking me into a playground established for another Trail. I attempted to rule this out by executing the steps from a fresh login in an incognito window during my first round of troubleshooting. On that basis it seems unlikely, but I can't be sure since I was unable to establish root cause.

    Hi @jill dixson,

We assume this issue needs further review and we may need access to your playground. We will reach out to you via email to investigate further.

    ++CreateTrailheadCase

You can ignore the command above, it is a tool used by our Agents to tell the system to create your case.

    Thank you!

You're using enhanced Omni-Channel routing which doesn't support standard bots. To use this bot, clone it as an enhanced bot or switch to standard Omni-Channel routing.

I am not able to find the user as well. Also, could you show where I can locate Einstein studio? I don't see it under setup.

    Thank you

    Did you check these?

    https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=analytics.reports_inline_editing.htm&type=5

A column is editable when these conditions are met for Object Permissions, Field Level Security, and Page Layout.

    • You have edit access to the associated object.
    • You have edit access to the associated field.
    • The associated field is included and editable in the page layout assigned to your profile.

Inline editing isn’t supported for these columns.

    • Opportunity Amount
    • Polymorphic fields, such as an Owner field, fields from a Person Account record, or an activity’s Related To field
    • Columns associated with objects that Record Types aren’t available for, such as User
    • Lookup fields that are entirely null (have no values) in the report results
    • Columns that are directly associated with junction objects
