How can I change a "relationship name"?

Hi!

In the schema explorer I remarked that a particular parent child relationship has a cryptic name: "R00N20000001Avb3EAC". How can I rename this into a name like myrelationship__r ?

Find the field on the Child Object that references the Parent, and click edit next to it - you should see a Relationship Name field where you can change it...
