PamSalesforce Hi,
I have just set up web2case. When I enter the detials and submit the web contact and web company is not mapped to Account and Contact on case. Should it not happen automatically if the Company and Contact exists. If not how should I accomplisg it.
Account & Contacts can be populated by email field matching.
