how to set default record type for case when it comes from S2S (Salesforce to Salesforce)
I would like to set default record type to cases created coming in via S2S to Support but it is getting set to a different record type (IT support).
I can forcefully set the recordtype to support in "before insert" trigger but how I can differentiate between cases created locally in the org vs. cases coming from S2S.
any ideas ?
