WS-Security Support

Does APEX support WS-Security for callouts (calling external or 3rd party web services) yet?

Web services callouts has no mention of supporting WS-Security and there is no mention of classes in APEX supporting WS-Security.

 

I'm assuming this is a NO since i also found an idea for support added here
