time limits on Web Service callouts

Hi

I want to ask does Winter '11 removed time limits on Web Service callouts from Apex.

Please let me know the time limit in either case.

• Total request time for one callout (HTTP request or Web services call) has been removed.

yes call out limit for single call has been removed but overall limit is same.
