Modify accounts page layout

HI,

 

How to modify installers accounts page lay out(add a Related List block) with our appexhange application.

 

Please provide some information.

Related lists have to be created today through the use of a custom lookup or master-detail field. By creating the custom lookup or master-detail field on an object, it will be displayable on the page layout.
