How can we use .Jar file in SFDC?

HI friends,

 

I need to access one .jar file in SFDC. ANy idea how can i use that file in sfdc? Plese let me know in case u have any idea abt this. Its very urgent..

salesforce doesn't run proprietary java code.  it requires you to write in native code, apex, which is an offshoot/reduced version of java.
