APEX assistance

Hi Guys I am having an issue trying to connect to NetDocuments through APEX code I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and could help me out?

 Everything on our side says we are connecting but we are getting an error that states:

Server was unable to process request. ---> No authentication session. The authentication session has timed out or was not established prior to this call. faultcode=soap:Server faultactor=
