Data Loader Question

I have a question, with Data Loader can we map custom fields to standard fields?

Not sure what you mean.  The data loader can map the columns in your import file to almost all the fields in standard and custom objects.

If you mean custom fields with data stored in columns of CSV file to Standard fields in objects, yes you can do that. But you should make sure the datatype of the custom field is same as respective standard field.
