Lead Middle Name not Appendind

My Client requested  to add middle name in Lead tab, But that middle name is not appending to whole name, how can i append middle name to whole name, how can i modify standard funcyionality....

You may be able to achieve this via a workflow field update.  If not, you'll need a trigger to update the Lead.Name field.  Not sure if this would be a before or after insert/update, as I don't know when the Name is set by the internal processing.
