Override Send an Email button

Hi,

I have created a custom send an email link -

/email/author/emailauthor.jsp?retURL=%2F{!Case.Id}&p3_lkid={!Case.Id}&rtype=003&p2_lkid={!Case.ContactId}&p26=test@test.com&template_id=00X20000001RK7P

Is there a way to make the From Address field (p26) Read-Only ?
