Web-To-Lead With Attachments

All,

 

I am trying to setup a Web-To-Lead form that will also include an attachment.  Does anybody know how to set this up or any code samples I could look at?

I doubt you'll be able to do this using the standard web to lead form - that simply captures fields on the lead itself.  I'd suggest your best bet is to create an unauthenticated site and develop a visualforce page that has this functionality.
