Salesforce for Social Media app

Just installed v4 of this app into my Sandbox but I'm receiving the following email almost hourly. Any ideas on how to resolve this one:

Scheduled job 'Liquidity Help (a0dZ00000004CR7IAM)' threw unhandled exception.
