Importing Database details

Hi,

 

Is there any way to import a table details into SFDC custom objects or any other objects.

 

Actually what i want to do is, I have some user details in an another CRM(SURADO) and I want to import those user details into SFDC. Is this possible by importing the data in the csv form or something.

Hi,

 

You can use apex data loader. You need to download it from Setup->Administrations Set up-> Data Management -> Data Loader.

Hi,

 

I cannot be able to login to the sand box using DataLoader. I tried many times, but still it says Invalid username or password. Through browser i can login to sandbox. I have changed the login url settings in the ApexDataLoader->Settings, but still login fails.

You need to use password+security token in the password field of data loader.

Make sure your server host and URl are correct - https://test.salesforce.com

Hi Sandeep, is there any delimiter between the password and the security code. I have tried given them continuously password first and securuty code second, but still it says Please check your username and password.

 

My url to Sandbox is https://cs8.salesforce.com/

No there is no delimeter between pwd and security token. Please refer below document for configuring data loader:-

I think your user might be locked because of entering wrong credentials and it's been unlocked automatically after 24 hours :)
