System Log - what is this metric?

In the stack panel, there is a number in parens after each time stamp. What does this number represent? It doesn't seem to be milliseconds or statements executed.

This is kind of a strange one. 

 

If you look at the whole line it says:

 

from 10:12:27:024(0) to 10:12:39:276(29799)

 

That means that between those two times, it went from line 0 to line 29799 of your log.
