how to modify the fields to display in list of Items to approve

Hi,

I want to modify the list of Items to approve to show the submitted user, it currently shows

Action | Related To | Type | Most Recent Approver | Date Submitted

Is there anyway i can modify /add a new column into this to show who submitted this request.
