We have an Managed package with a Custom Quote Sync (managed), and we need an update on some Apex Classes And Apex Triggers to be on what SF expect on the next update, do we have any preview on this update?preferably for API VERSION > 55.0

I have a Price Rule that inserts pricing depending on the location matched with a Lookup Object and Lookup Queries. This works as expected, except when I use 'Add Favorites'. Then I have to Save out of the Quote for the new pricing to be inserted correctly.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any workaround for this?

Hello everybody,
I would like to give our sales the chance to add a text to a quote template, where they can pick a predefined title and optional also change this predefined sentence.
This possiblity is available in tasks, where I can predefine some text for the subject field, but I also can add only a text.
Does anybody know if this would be possible for a custom field, or is this funciontality only available at the subject field of tasks.

This video platform we use requires you to fill-out a form, much like registering for one of my webinars before you can see the content. It's a bit of a hassle, I know, sorry, it's how my team tracks performance / gets credit for our work. So I hope you don't mind filling it out.
That being said, all of my new content is going to be similarly gated. You can't access it directly, yourself. The full library of videos isn't public. But... now that you bring it up... maybe we SHOULD find a way to give everyone here access to all my videos.
But as of today:
- You can ask here about a topic and if I have a video, I can post/share the link.
- You can ask your Account Executive to search the "Consensus Library" for Iman's videos and they should be able to share them with you. If your AE sends the link, they can generate a custom link just for you, so you won't need to fill out a form, you just click the link and watch the video.
But... now that you got me thinking about it, I *do* think we should find a way to post my new content here... why not!? I had always considered this group just for my "webinars" and treated my "videos" as something separate... but I can see why it'd be great to share here too.

@Kialdren Apurado I'm assuming you are using Salesforce Lightning for Gmail for Gmail integration. It doesn't sync the events and tasks automatically.
We are working to setup the optimzation for our business.
We have 1 requirmenet, where business will add / adjust the duration of the appointment out side of work type duration.
When we are running the optimizer, the duration should be considered and that should not be unchanged.
Which rule or setup help this to acheieve this requirement.
Provide some help or guidance on this requirement

The optimizer does not change the Service Appointment duration. The only exception is when you set a service resource efficiency (Estimate a Service Resource’s Efficiency).
