Hi! Thank you for all your support!

I am working on the challenge below;

========

Mute Permissions in a Permission Set Group

Update the Sales Processing permission set group to prevent its assigned users from editing and deleting contracts.

  • Mute the Edit and Delete permissions for contracts:
    • Permission set group: Sales Processing
    • Muting permission set: Contracts Permissions Muted
    • Object: Contracts
    • Permissions to mute: Edit and Delete

========

Now I got an error saying;

Insufficient Privileges

You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.

It would be great if you could help! TIA!

    Hi Mahesh.

    Our sandboxes (and about to be production), were "not enabled on the ICU locale formats as notified due to the API version below 45 used in the org".

    The PopUPs apex class is running api 43, so this could be one of the reasons why (it's not the only app with a low api number, the others are being addressed by our provider).

Hello Everyone!

We are developing an agentforce service agent which should answer by checking data of a custom CRM object.

In data cloud, this object has related data stream, DLO, DMO and a search index.

We have than created a flex prompt template in prompt builder with some instruction plus the retriever generated by the search index.

The fact is that the retriever returns:

  "searchResults" : [ ]

Did anyone of you face the same issue in a similar scenario?

Any kind suggestion to solve it?

Thank you so much in advance!

    Hello,

    i was able to retrieve my CRM custom object (through Data Cloud) from a Salesforce Flow,

    I used a Get Record component --> Data Source  = Data Cloud Object

    Assignment component --> assign data from Get Record to variables

    I used this flow as topic actions in my service agent and that's how i was able to retrieve crm records and feed it to my agent.

Hello,

I'm trying to complete the hands-on challenge in "Get Started with Prompt Builder".

I created and launched the playground for

epic.d53a1737517001507@orgfarm.th

. However, there is no prompt functionality in the quick-find box. I'm having a lot of trouble hopping back and forth between trailhead and these orgs I have to keep creating, and it's getting quite frustrating...Appreciate any help, thank you.

    Hello @Rafael Nascimento

    Using custom url option with salesforce classic login url solved the issue for me.

    Here's what I did

    1. Login to salesforce org

    2. Switch view to salesforce classic from "view profile" option at the top right corner

    3. Log out (click on user name)

    4. Copy the url from logged out page

    5. Use this url in the Custom option while Authorizing an org

    Example:

    https://<domain-name>.my.salesforce.com

Hi, I am working on this challenge.

===========================

Add a Permission to a Permission Set Group

Update the Sales Orders permission set to allow editing activated orders in the Sales app.

If you haven't already completed the step-by-step instructions in this unit, do that now or you won’t be able to complete this challenge.

  • Enable an app permission in a permission set:
    • Permission set: Sales Orders
    • App: Sales
    • App permission: Edit Activated Orders

===========================

Error Message:

In the Sales Orders permission set, we can’t find the ‘Edit Activated Orders’ permission enabled for the Sales app.

 It would be greatly appreciated if you could help with this error.

    Hi, @Miho Koga

    1. From Setup, in Quick Find type Permission and select Permission Sets --> Click New1.jpg2. For Label, enter Sales Orders

    For License, keep None.

    Save the permission set2.jpg3. In the Find Settings box, type Orders and then click Activate Orders3.jpg4. On the App Permissions page, click Edit.4.jpg5. Scroll to the Sales section and enable Activate Orders.5.jpgSave the permission set. A Permission Changes Confirmation box opens. Notice that both Read Order and Edit Order were also enabled. That’s because Order Activation depends on being able to read and edit orders.

    Save your changes.

    Next, complete the remaining steps outlined in the main Challenge article, and after that, you can proceed to the final task.

    Sincerely,
