Not showing the "EDIT" button

Hi ,

 

 

 

      i have created a trigger by which the customer portal have the Read/Write permission on their own a/c....

 

 

     But when we login from that user ,it not showing the "EDIT" button their a/c record......

 

 

      It's very urgent .

I assume this is giving the user permission via Apex managed sharing?  That being the case, you should be able to click on the sharing button and see what levels of access are available for the account.  Do the customer portal users show up in the list?
