Anybody experiencing Slow Apex Jobs on the Emea org?

Last few days we have noticed that our Apex Jobs have been running really slow.

 

Salesforce seems to be processing the Apex jobs at the rate of 4/5 per hour.

 

Yesterday we had 40 job queued since 4pm (GMT) and they didnt all clear until 7:30pm (GMT).

 

Anybody else experiencing the same problem?

If u r behind a proxy server in a network then for salesfroce all request generated by all the computer behind u r proxy are treated as a request generated from a single machine

bcoz over internet u r proxy represent each & every machine inside the network

so is there are any other machine assec salesfroce or doing Deployment or run bulk api or batch job
u r job might get slow

yes all machines are behind our proxy, but I dont think that this is the problem.

 

We are generating the Apex Job within  Salesforce out to our webservice. Salesforce is not sending these Apex Jobs out. We are experiencing over 2 hr delay.
