Hi ,

 

Suppose if any issue comes in production org,how you will you report it and how will be tracked.

Let us assume that if you have many bugs in production org(i.e during staging testing),how these issues will be logged and resolved.

I am sure you will find something in App Exchange. If not, you can create a simple App yourself. Most of it will be declarative with a workflow to send email alert/update fields.
