I want to give the field level Security to the administrator

You can not edit the standard profile .  I think  You have to Clone the  Standard Sys Admin profile . Made the custom sys admin .  then Make the changes in that profile .  :)

Your question is entirely too generic for a complete answer, but from a general point of view, it sounds like you're trying to find a field that you or a system administrator can't see. Just go to that field in the setup screen, click on its' name, then click on Set Field Level Security. The "view" checkbox should be checked for System Administrator. Note that System Administrator ignores the "read-only" attribute for fields that can be made read-only (but not those that are read-only by the system, such as LastModifiedDate).
