how to disable or hide button other user

Hi,

 

      i have created custom button on custom object,  that button visible all user detail page but  that button not visible to other user detail page. only one user visible and other user need not see that button.

So are you looking to have this button conditionally displayed? There's a few ways to accomplish this. The most straightforward is simply to assign a different page layout to users with different profiles.  That way you can show or hide buttons through configuration.
