Is it possible to move application from salesforce.com to developerfroce.com?

I am not sure what your question is.  When you say move application from salesforce.com to developeforce.com.  Do you mean from a production org to a dev sandbox?  Or from a production org to a demo org.  In either case, the answer is yes if that is the question.  Use either eclipse IDE or unmanaged package
