Find the current API Count?

Is there a way to find the current API count for the last 24 hours?

 

I have plans to do some testing, where I want to get the current API count for the last 24 hours, and run some stuff, then get the count again.

If you have access, in the company information there is a field called api requests that should be what you want.

Ya, that's what I expected. I'm looking in the Schema from the IDE - in object Organization - I find most of the other items that are connected with the company - but not that.  I've checked in the SOAP API Developer's guide, and also in the APEX developers guide.
