Success milestone actions in Entitle Management

Hi All,

I am new to "entitle management ". I have configured the Entitle management through its implementation guide, I am struck at Milestone success actions.,How do milestone initial response get success state , can any one provide information to get initial response status is successfully , Please provide with some examples
