How do I access the Support Operations global options with APEX

Hello,

 

I like to get the value for the option 

 

"Notify Case Owner of New Case Comments" which is a Support Operation option which can be accessed through the Cases Suoport  Settings.

 

How can I access this option through APEX code?

I think you'll find this isn't accesible via APEX.  A very small amount of settings type data is, but not that which deals with actual configuration of the system.
