query on idea and vote

HI all,

      

         I am new to development . I am working  with  idea and vote , In my oraganizartion  2 users are there. the 1st user created  10 ideas and second user also created 10 ideas . now the  1st user  voted of second  user  ideas,  how can i find whether  1st user voted of second user ideas through  apex,  i want display the the total count  for howmany 2nd users ideas he voted , plz suggest me
