What error message are you referring to?

 

The ones that you get on code exceptions or the ones that we have on standard configuration errors?

I am looking to modfiy the error mesaages that are when we do not have suffecient privileges to view a record:

 

Insufficient PrivilegesYou do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary.
