INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY, Employees do not have feeds enabled: []

HI 

I am  facing the above error when i am trying to follow the record after saving.

 

Please  clarify.

The error is stating that Chatter Feeds have not been enabled for employees. Please verify Chatter Feeds have been turned on by going to  Setup->Customize->Chatter->Settings.

HI,

 

This problem come when you are updating the record or saving the record whose owner is different to current owner by through you are updating the record.
