Hi!
My question is, When user logs a call on the cases object and completed task is saved ,Task should be copied to accounts object.
Can some one help me in solving the above question with detailed description?
you need to write the trigger on case to get this done.. and I think requirement should be sharing the same record for both case and account right?i don't think so that you can share a task record...you need to come up with a concept of creating the same record and relate the same to account..
vishreyYup. The same record should duplicate on accounts object. Usually when user log call and save it creates task on cases object rite.....this record should duplicate on account object as well....
