Login failed when access Tooling API from DotNet application

Trying to loged in from DotNet application to access Tooling API, WSDL was generated & Service is added to application but Getting SOAP Exception during login method call, exception as below:

UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION: An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 1760923071-369 (956924056)

Please have a look and advise!

ohh... not really! Salesforce has no solution till, case is open from this july...

Through a Premier Support case submitted in mid December, I learned there is a bug with SOAP logins in the Tooling API.

This is the quote from SF support: "Currently there is no date scheduled for the fix, but here the bug number for your reference is: W-1895722"
