How to access language from Translation workbench

I have included Chineese and english in translation workbech for one of my organizations. Is there a way to access active languages name in Apex Code ?

Actaully, I am interested to just know about the active languages enabled in translation workkbench instead of actual translation of fields.

 

So according to my example the result should be Chineese and English.That's all I want.
