Set Field Tracking History ?

Set Tracking History can not maintaine the old ans new values , to maintain the old and new values and user name etc ... what i have to do ?

Could not understand your question exactly. If you have enabled the history tracking salesforce will show the old and new values in the related list. For this related list to appear, edit the page layout and add object’s history related list.

when  you created object there is option field history tracking.
