Page layout assignment...

two users have same profile and same role and same permission   but  how can assign two different page layout to both users  ?

use permission set and record types...

Hi subbu,

Try this way of configuration,

If u have same user for same profile means, u have to set permission set for each user.
The following steps are,
1. Manage User -> Permission Sets -> Create New permission set -> Object Settings -> Choose object Layout (Record Type).

so select checkbox to enable or disable which layout (Record Type) assignment for particular user.

can you try this steps u will get result.
