Outlook sync-exchnage e-mail addresses won't sync

hi - addresses from our exchange users don't use the resolved address ( but rather exchange native x400 directory list. sync chokes and addresses won't sync. has anyone else seen this and whats the solution? tnks, Bill

I've seen this problem before - but with the Lotus Edition product.  I haven't heard of a lot of users using x400 directory list format for MS Outlook - so I guess maybe this feature was not incorporated into Outlook Edition as well?

Hi Bill,
Someone from support will (soon) be working with you on this issue.
If I think this problem is what I think it is, then this may be a bug, so we may not have an immediate work-around for you, but either way, we'll get to the botton of this issue.
