Outlook 3 plug in
I am having issues with the new Outlook plug in. It seems to take a long time to review the cases. Sort of hangs. Is anyone else having these issues. I have Outlook 2003 SP2.

I'm having an issue where outlook starts everyday stating that it did not close properly and has to go through a validation process.
