nd98powell Outlook Edition 3.0
Hi everyone.
I'm relatively new to salesforce. My computer was just upgraded to Outlook 2007 and I now realize that the Outlook Edition 2.0 doesn't work. As the blogs instructed, I called my sales rep. He said that I have to wait until Aug. for the full release.
Can someone on this group help me? My life is going to be miserable over the next couple of weeks without Outlook Edition. I'm happy to use a limited release version, until the full release version is available.

Contact support, i.e. call or submit a ticket. If they do not give you access to the new version, reply to the post with your case number.
