gabbro Office Edition doesn't work, even if it has been installed
Hi everybody.
I successfully install the Office Edition for Salesforce, but I cannot find any difference when I open Excel.
Consider that the system has recognized the installation, because Salesforce item is inside the additional item lists, and that plugin is correctly flagged.
What can I do?

I have also installed Office Edition but it won't work.
I always get an Microsoft Visal Basic error message everytime I open a Word Document:
"Run-time error 13 - Type mismatch".
I have logged a case and received a very detailed answer. I have followed all instructions step by step but the result is the same.
Did you solve your problem or does anyone have the same?
It is crucial that I should be able to use the Office plugin and I am worried I may never find the solution!
