Outlook Tasks - I want to create my own

Does any one know how to create a task that can be "automatically" imported into Outlook (a la a .VCS for Outlook calendar events)?

I would like to do this so that I can import a specific task or tasks without using the MS import wizzard.

Any help would be great!
