Dreamforce 08 Visualforce Examples

Where can I find the visualforce examples shown at Dreamforce 08? I would be interested in viewing that one calling Facebook Service Web that populated a related list.

Is there a way to see the Visualforce code behind the scenes? Also is there any examples that print quotes/proposals to PDF available currently?

Right... thanks. I was thinking I had to go to dev mode but it was read only account. Thanks for the tip.
