Urgent : Problem while using EXT JS in visualforce.

Hi,

I am new to EXT JS library and want to acheive following things using EXT JS library.

1> Dynamically add columns to the grid.

2> Combination of both editable and non-editable cells in a single grid on particular condition.

So anybody worked on these things. If so please share the examples.

I have urgent requirement.
