outlook synchronisation with SFDC

Hello All,

 

I have installed the SF connector on Outlook 2007. However when I try to connect to Salesforce address book thro' the Outlook I get a error message" Failed to login to Sales force". The pasword and security key is entered correctly. Could anybody guide me on syncronising salesforce with outlook.

Good luck with the SFDC connector.  If your users get fed up with it like ours did, you may want to look at alternative solutions on Appexchange.  

 

We tried a couple and ended up going with iHance. http://sites.force.com/appexchange/listingDetail?listingId=a0330000003eIy1AAE

 

Works as advertised and great support if u ever need it

i use salesforce professional, it does not work with ihance for attachments, can you suggest another vendor?
