winter 09 Error message is not around the corresponding field

I use to see my error message around the field with summer 08
 
In winter 09 I get the error message from my validation rule but it is on the top of the page not around the field .
 
any body know how to do that .

This is a bug that has been fixed in the next patch release of Winter '09 to be deployed this coming weekend.

There is no public bug lists but this is understandable and makes sense from a business perspective. How many for profit companies to do you see posting public bug lists? Not that many, if any at all. It would make selling a product much more difficult if the potential customer could see everything that wasn't working correctly.
