Winter '09 breaks VF pages inlined into detail pages -- why?

Why/how did Winter '09 break VF pages that are inlined into standard object detail pages?  All of a sudden, these inlined VF pages are displaying as shown below:



Clicking the "here" does in fact redirect the iframe to the correct URL, but what do we do to save the user from this extra click?

HI Andrew,

After winter '09 release I am facing issues with a button calling a  Apex Class(global) . The button is to a list view. It is a very simple button but keep getting Access denied message.

I have logged a case (02159731)  for this issue, please review it and let me know your findings .

this works fine in our dev org and was working fine till Thurday/Friday.
