HELP! Need to create a related notes list without edit or delete buttons.

Does anybody know how to create a visualforce page that will pull all the notes related to a lead or opportunity, but without edit or delete action buttons.

Why not build a custom list controller using a Visualforce table. This way it's just the data without the actions. There's an example at the bottom of the Custom Controller help.

I am pretty new to this stuff, would you be able to show me exmaple with notes? I know notes are difficult to deal with in SF.. I am interested in notes for leads.
