Small Business Question for Simon
I am a new Mac user and a long time user of Salesforce.com. I would like to use Maildrop with Mail to move emails to Salesforce, however, I need to run Salesforce in IE to use an Appexchange telephony application. I plan to run IE in Fusion or Parallels. Will Maildrop work in this setup? Thank you for your help.

Maildrop just uses the API, so you can use Mail/Maildrop at the same time as using Salesforce.com in an Windows browser running on Paralels/Fusion. However Maildrop by default will open a Mac browser to show the results of adding an email/case, you can't configure it to open that window in Parallels. You can either turn off this feature, or cut'n'paste as need to Parallels, or do any final edits to the new records from the Mac based browser.
