SF3 Application Set-Up

I've run into a problem with the SF3 app. After installing on my Mac, and the dialog box comes up for login, after entering my SF.com login and password I receive an error message:Login_must_use_security_token:invalid username, password, security token. Any Ideas?

Yes, you have to use your security token, see the help on identity confirmation
